In 2004, Henghou Group acquired its first industrial market: Houheng Material Market. Since its operation, the park has maintained over 95% occupancy rate. With professional management and equipment, it is the best rock trading market in Ningbo today.
In 2012, Henghou developed its first smart industrial market: Houli Online Shopping Park, covering an area of 350,000 square feet and a building area of 650,000 square feet. It is one of the first industrial market managed through an integrated internet system in Ningbo. Combining years of management experience and new technology, this market was able to centralize and optimize all 7 steps of ecommerce: service, logistics, storage, location, supporting facilities, finance and talent. With consistently full occupancy, such development became a powerful catalyst for rapid development of e-commerce enterprises in Ningbo.
In 2021, Henghou acquired Ningbo Nordic Industrial Park(NIP), one of the first international indus- trial park in Ningbo.
In 2022, we purchased a 70 acre commercial/industrial park in San Guan Tang, Ningbo. This industrial park further consolidates our strategic vision in sustainable industrial park management. Beyond industrial parks, Henghou also manages 2,800,000 square feet of commercial markets, including Auchan supermarket as its long time tenant. We are constantly creating a more diverse property portfolio that will benefit our partners as well as our community.
